**Job title:** Director of Cyber Security **Role Summary:** Lead high‑impact client engagements, design large‑scale security solutions, and drive strategic growth across enterprise and public sector organizations. Act as trusted C‑suite advisor, partnering with sales, clients, and technical teams to deliver comprehensive cyber security programs. **Expactations:** - Demonstrate senior leadership in cyber security with proven enterprise or consulting experience. - Operate confidently at board and executive levels, shaping complex multi‑tower security initiatives. - Drive commercial success through proposal development, pricing, and pipeline creation. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Partner with sales and account teams to identify client challenges, tailoring cyber security solutions. 2. Lead technical discussions, executive presentations, and solution workshops. 3. Advise on cyber risk, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. 4. Build high‑quality RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, including solution proposals and delivery estimates. 5. Influence cyber security strategy, go‑to‑market initiatives, and pipeline development. 6. Collaborate with engineering and delivery to align offerings with client needs. 7. Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers. **Required Skills:** - Enterprise cyber security leadership or consulting expertise. - Deep domain knowledge in Identity & Access Management, MDR/SOC services, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, OT/Critical Infrastructure Security. - Design and architect complex, large‑scale security solutions. - Executive storytelling, value‑led selling, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record engaging CXOs and influencing senior stakeholders. - Strong commercial acumen and confidence in client-facing environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (minimum). - Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are preferred. ---
