Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary:** Drive customer health and retention for a large portfolio of mid‑market accounts at a B2B SaaS/cloud video platform. Utilize data, AI insights, and scalable engagement tactics to ensure adoption, growth, and renewal success while coordinating with channel partners and sales teams. **Expectations:** - Achieve and maintain high Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). - Increase product adoption and identify expansion opportunities. - Leverage customer health scores and usage data to prioritize proactive risk mitigation. - Deliver scalable touchpoints, including email, webinars, and best‑practice guides, across a large book of business. - Build trusted advisor relationships and act as the customer’s voice at scale. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage success across onboarding, adoption, retention, growth, embedment, and advocacy stages for mid‑market accounts. - Analyze health metrics and AI‑powered signals to execute risk mitigation playbooks and secure renewals. - Design and execute scalable adoption strategies (email, webinars, guides). - Collaborate with Channel Sales and partner teams to align goals, coordinate outreach, and drive engagement. - Serve as primary point of contact, building relationships and delivering strategic, data‑informed interactions. - Compile customer feedback and trends; identify advocacy opportunities for case studies and marketing. - Travel up to 10% as required. - Perform other duties as assigned. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management in a B2B SaaS or technology company. - Experience protecting commercial health of a large book of business using data‑driven prioritization and scalable engagement. - Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategy. - Proficiency with CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight) and BI tools (Power BI). - Excellent written and verbal communication; proven virtual meeting leadership. - Familiarity with hardware + SaaS product environments. **Preferred Skills:** - Background in physical security, video surveillance, or related industries. - Experience in a channel sales or partner‑driven (B2B2B) GTM model. - Exposure to AI‑enabled customer success practices. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred). - 2+ additional years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
