**Role Summary**
Support the marketing team by developing digital strategies, creating content, and managing social media and paid campaigns. Work remotely under guidance of senior staff, contributing to brand awareness and user engagement for a global community of recent graduates.
**Expectations**
* 6‑month internship contract with potential for extension.
* Remote work with access to office facilities as needed.
* Salary £2,000‑£3,000 per month.
* Structured mentorship and progressive responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in devising digital marketing strategy with the CMO.
* Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Instagram, and X.
* Produce digital content (blog posts, articles, emails) to enhance online presence.
* Collaborate with Data Analyst to track metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement) and report insights.
* Contribute to performance marketing: keyword research, ad creation, and optimization on Google Ads and social platforms.
* Apply basic SEO techniques: keyword research, on‑page optimisation, link building.
* Support graphic design tasks using Adobe, Figma, Canva, or similar tools for social, web, and advertising assets.
**Required Skills**
* Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and platform mechanics.
* Familiarity with social media libraries and content planning tools.
* Basic copywriting and content creation abilities.
* Ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
* Foundational knowledge of SEO best practices.
* Graphic design skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or equivalent.
* Strong communication, time‑management, and teamwork skills.
* Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Portuguese) is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Recent university graduate (or anticipated graduation within 6 months).
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
* Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Content Marketing, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory.
