Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Financial Analyst **Role Summary:** Senior Financial Analyst responsible for consolidated financial reporting, technical accounting, regulatory compliance, and supporting investor relations. Provides strategic financial analysis, mentors junior staff, and drives process improvements. **Expectations:** 3-5 years in accounting/audit roles. CPA/CA designation required. Strong leadership, organizational, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal/written communication. Self-motivated to enhance workloads and professional development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare consolidated financial statements, MD&A, and public disclosures for quarterly and annual reporting. - Lead resolution of technical accounting issues and regulatory updates; coordinate with auditors and business groups. - Analyze and present financial metrics, forecasts, and operating results to senior management. - Support internal/external audits, SOX compliance, and Board deliverables. - Track subsidiaries’ financial performance and communicate results to stakeholders. - Mentor junior staff and foster collaborative cross-departmental partnerships. - Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements in reporting systems. - Assist with financial due diligence, ad-hoc analyses, investor queries, and special projects. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Excel proficiency and financial systems expertise. - Leadership in team settings; strong interpersonal collaboration. - Analytical problem-solving to address complex accounting challenges. - Clear presentation of financial data to executive stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** CPA or CA designation. Knowledge of HFM, OneStream, Workiva preferred.
