Job Title: Head of Marketing Role Summary: Lead the marketing organization for a high‑growth space‑technology startup, translating complex radar satellite solutions into compelling narratives and driving brand, demand generation, and pipeline growth across physical AI, infrastructure, industrial, and government/defense markets. Expectations: - Establish and grow a high‑performing marketing team in a fast‑moving, startup environment. - Deliver integrated marketing strategies that increase brand recognition, lead volume, and revenue contribution. - Collaborate closely with sales, product, and business development leaders to align all marketing efforts with commercial priorities. - Manage a disciplined marketing budget, track ROI, and forecast marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute brand strategy, positioning, and narrative for the company’s electric radar products. - Develop go‑to‑market and channel plans in partnership with CBO and Head of BD. - Design, launch, and measure integrated campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer acquisition. - Build and coach a nimble marketing team; establish processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement loops. - Partner with Design to activate product marketing, talent branding, demand generation, content strategy, and communications. - Lead executive visibility, editorial initiatives, and media relations to position the company as a category leader. - Create sales enablement assets, customer success stories, and technical content for diverse stakeholders. - Forecast, budget, and realistically track ROI; report marketing impact on pipeline and revenue. - Keep marketing strategies in sync with evolving product roadmaps and commercial plans. Required Skills: - 7–10 years of B2B/B2G or consumer marketing leadership, with 3+ years in a director‑level or equivalent role. - Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness and revenue growth in complex markets. - Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to simplify sophisticated technology for both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands‑on tactical execution. - Experience scaling marketing in startup or high‑growth tech environments. - Strong storytelling acumen and familiarity with creative, new‑media approaches. - Exposure to fundraising with VCs and strategic investors valued. - Background in product marketing for emerging technology or complex systems, and/or market research in frontier tech sectors. **Job Title:** Software Engineer – Satellite Modeling and Tasking **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain automation and mission‑planning software for a constellation of imaging satellites and associated ground‑station infrastructure. Implement GNC controllers, manage asynchronous data streams, and optimize imaging schedules while ensuring precise orbit determination and system performance. **Expectations:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience. - Proven ability to build autonomous systems and integrate them into operational frameworks. - Must satisfy ITAR eligibility (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, protected individual, or authorized). **Key Responsibilities:** - Build automation solutions for spacecraft and ground‑station operations supporting coordinated satellite swarms. - Implement GNC‑engineered controllers for orbit corrections, station‑keeping, and maneuver execution. - Develop and maintain mission‑planning software linking mission design, operational concepts, and flight‑hardware requirements. - Design systems to ingest and process asynchronous data streams for real‑time decision and schedule generation. - Create architecture concepts addressing spacecraft coordination, payload budgets, data‑collection needs, autonomy, and operations. - Implement algorithms for precise orbit determination of both Array Labs and GNSS satellites. - Evolve models characterizing propulsion, power, navigation, timing, and tracking requirements. - Optimize imaging schedules to maximize coverage based on priority and system capability. **Required Skills:** - Strong programming proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust. - Experience with Docker container creation, configuration, and management. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred) and automated testing. - Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes). - Database design and CRUD operations, preferably PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB. - RESTful API design and implementation. - Experience with physics‑based software packages or model‑based digital engineering tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - ITAR compliance (U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, protected individual status, or eligibility for required authorizations).
