**Job title** Senior Business Systems Analyst – CLM (Conga Apttus) **Role Summary** Lead analysis, design, and implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management solutions using Conga Apttus for a global data‑center operator. Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating complex business requirements into actionable specifications and ensuring successful delivery through Agile processes and UAT. **Expectations** * 8–10 years business systems analysis experience, including ≥3 years focused on CLM. * Deep expertise in Conga Apttus modules, data models, and integration points. * Proven ability to optimize end‑to‑end contract processes (drafting, approvals, e‑signature, renewals, obligations). * Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its integration with CRM, CPQ, and ERP. * Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional, global teams using Agile/Jira. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements, use cases, process flows, and specifications. 2. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams. 3. Design scalable CLM solutions that align with overall business strategy and architecture. 4. Coordinate Agile ceremonies, manage backlog, and monitor progress via Jira. 5. Develop test plans, lead UAT, and validate solutions against requirements. 6.
