**Job Title** Business Analyst (Senior / Level 3) **Role Summary** Senior business analyst responsible for evaluating and redesigning business systems within a public health environment. Works independently to document user needs, model current and future processes, conduct risk and financial analyses, and deliver solutions that align with agency strategy. Provides consultative support for special projects and operational initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders. **Expectations** - Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design. - Proven ability to analyze complex systems, identify functional gaps, and propose actionable improvements. - Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills with the capacity to prioritize issues and develop concise reports. - Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting to executives and facilitating stakeholder workshops. - Familiarity with SDLC documentation (gap analysis, roadmaps, use cases, test cases) and experience creating business analysis tools. - Preferred: 1–5 years of UX design exposure, 5+ years in stakeholder engagement, and 5+ years developing SDLC deliverables. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Analyze business systems and user requirements to identify opportunities for improvement. 2. Develop “as‑is” and “to‑be” process models, mapping activities and workflows. 3. **Job title**: Salesforce Administrator / SFDC Developer **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end system administration of multiple Salesforce orgs, including org setup, data migration, third‑party integrations, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, and 24/7 operational support.
