**Job Title**
RTE / Scrum Master
**Role Summary**
Lead and coach Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in a scaled SAFe environment, ensuring delivery cadence, continuous improvement, and alignment with strategic objectives. Facilitate key ART ceremonies, remove impediments, manage risks, and optimize value flow through strong collaboration between cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
**Expectations**
- Act as the primary conduit between teams and leadership to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Drive ART readiness, execution, and performance, ensuring adherence to guardrails, PI objectives, and SAFe best practices.
- Deliver measurable improvements in velocity, quality, and delivery predictability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, iteration planning, and system demos.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting ART progress, collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Manage cross‑team dependencies, risk mitigation, and budgetary oversight relevant to the ART.
- Mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders on SAFe principles, Lean‑Agile practices, and flow acceleration techniques.
- Maintain ART execution metrics, reflect on improvements, and ensure continuous process refinement.
- Foster a culture of ownership and transparency; champion knowledge sharing and stakeholder communication.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 5 years in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc.) and 2 years as an RTE or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of SAFe, Lean, and Agile principles.
- Proven experience leading scaled Agile transformations and managing matrixed, cross‑functional teams.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Facility with Agile tooling (Jira, Rally, VersionOne) and knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- SAFe RTE certification (or equivalent) and Scrum Master credential preferred.
