Job Description
**Job title:** Systems and Virtualization Integrator **Role Summary:** Design, deploy, and manage servers, storage, and virtualized environments for clients. Lead integration projects across Windows, Linux, and virtualization platforms, ensuring performance, security, and high availability. Provide level‑2/3 support, automate routine tasks, and document processes to enable knowledge transfer. **Expactations:** • 3+ years of experience in system integration or operations for virtualized infrastructures. • Proven ability to manage complex deployments, migrations, and ongoing maintenance. • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders. • Independent, self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving. **Key Responsibilities:** • Analyse client requirements and design targeted architecture (servers, storage, virtualization, backup). • Install, configure, and integrate Windows Server, Linux (Debian, RedHat, Ubuntu), and virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper‑V, Proxmox). • Execute deployment and migration projects for physical or virtual infrastructures, ensuring compatibility, performance, and security. • Provide level‑2/3 supervision, maintenance, and support; automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible. • Implement backup, redundancy, and restoration solutions; maintain operational availability. • Produce technical documentation, procedures, and conduct knowledge transfer to internal teams. **Required Skills:** • Windows Server & Linux administration. • Virtualization platforms: VMware vSphere, Hyper‑V, Proxmox. • Storage & backup: SAN, NAS, iSCSI, NFS, Veeam, Acronis. • Networking: TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, firewall. • Automation & scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Ansible. • Monitoring: Centreon, Zabbix, Grafana. • Security fundamentals: hardening, patch management, access control, MFA. • Experience with on‑premise, cloud, or hybrid environments (Azure, AWS). **Required Education & Certifications:** • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. • Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Red Hat Certified Engineer) are highly desirable.

**Job title** SOC Analyst N2/N3 **Role Summary** Handle level 2 and level 3 security incidents within a SOC, supervise operational analysts, provide technical guidance, develop and refine correlation rules, and propose process improvements to enhance threat detection and response capabilities. **Expectations** Lead small teams during incidents, communicate risk and threat assessments clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, explain complex security concepts in plain language, work autonomously, and maintain high accountability for cybersecurity strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Process and triage N2/N3 security incidents. - Supervise, coordinate, and mentor SOC analyst activities. - Offer technical support on tools and investigations. - Design, implement, and update correlation rules. - Identify and recommend process and workflow enhancements. - Communicate incident status, risk, and threat intelligence to stakeholders. **Required Skills** - SOC operation experience with N2/N3 incident handling. - Ability to write and refine correlation rules. - Knowledge of cyber‑investigation and digital forensics. - Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. - Autonomous workflow management. - Proficient in English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4) in Computer Science/Information Technology with a specialty in network security. - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT/Information Systems. - Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
