Job Description

**Job Title:** ServiceNow Technology Architect **Role Summary** Design and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM/TSOM modules, platform governance, and cross-team collaboration to optimize service operations and integrations. **Expectations** - Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, TSOM, OMT, TNI, TSM, and SOMT modules. - Proven ability to lead solution architecture, governance, and enterprise integration strategies. - Hands-on delivery of scalable technical designs across complex environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM and telecom service operations solutions. - Collaborate with architects, product teams, and platform owners to define requirements and resolve technical challenges. - Validate technical/function specifications against governance standards and optimize platform performance. - Develop workflows via Flow Designer/Integration Hub and align CMDB data models with enterprise systems. - Facilitate Agile/Scrum teams in solution delivery and ensure adherence to change control best practices. - Deliver knowledge transfers on ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM frameworks and platform enhancements. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow architecture, data modeling, workflows, and integration tools. - Strong experience with CMDB strategy, service orchestration (SOMT), and telecom service operations. - Technical expertise in configuring ServiceNow via scripting, API integrations, and data optimization. - Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management for architecture decision-making. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Technical Architect (CTA/CMA). - Demonstrated track record in enterprise ServiceNow architect roles with large-scale implementation experience.
