**Job title** Product Manager **Role Summary** Lead the transition of an early‑stage employee cybersecurity platform from alpha to general availability, defining vision, driving discovery, and steering delivery in a growth‑oriented environment. **Expectations** - Own product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth metrics. - Run a discovery‑centric process (≈80%) through user interviews, research, competitive analysis, and hypothesis testing. - Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives with clear success metrics. - Support an autonomous delivery cycle (≈20%) in collaboration with engineering and design teams. - Maintain high standards of performance, creativity, and problem‑solving. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap for the employee cybersecurity solution. 2. Conduct frequent user interviews, deep research, and competitive benchmarking to uncover high‑impact opportunities. 3. Build prototypes, run tests, and validate hypotheses to de‑risk product decisions before build. 4. Translate strategic goals into clear, measurable product initiatives and communicate value to stakeholders. 5. Partner with engineering, design, and customer teams to prioritize backlog, drive sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery. 6. Monitor product performance against KPIs, iterate based on analytics and user feedback. 7. Advocate for users within the company, translating customer insights into product features. **Required Skills** - 3–7 years experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused product environment (formal PM experience not mandatory). - Advanced user research and data‑driven decision making. - Strong analytical, creative problem‑solving, and prioritization abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Full professional proficiency in English; native French preferred but not mandatory. - Proven ability to work autonomously, execute on tight timelines, and deliver high‑quality results. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field. - No specific certifications required; product‑management training or coursework is a plus.
