**Job Title:** Client Success Associate **Role Summary:** Support the U.S. and Canadian client base of a global B2B information‑services firm by delivering timely, high‑quality service, managing client data, and coordinating with internal teams (Account Management, Research, Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to resolve issues and enhance client engagement. **Expectations:** - Respond to client inquiries promptly and ensure satisfaction. - Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce. - Collaborate with account managers and cross‑functional teams to monitor service levels and drive usage of research products. - Identify low‑engagement accounts and propose additional services. - Participate in internal projects, beta tests, and event coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** - Action client requests and track resolution. - Update and verify client information in CRM. - Onboard new clients, guiding them through website navigation and product access. - Assist in allocating strategist resources across territories. - Monitor and report on client engagement, usage statistics, and service compliance. - Ensure all contractual agreements are on file and current. - Liaise with Marketing for regional events and with Sales/Finance on outstanding contracts. - Maintain vote‑user lists and support standardized reporting. - Contribute to testing new features, website enhancements, and beta programs. **Required Skills:** - Strong customer‑service orientation with a proactive, urgent mindset. - Excellent oral and written English communication. - Ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced, cross‑border teams. - Analytical aptitude for interpreting client data and usage patterns. - Organizational skills for CRM management and reporting. - Comfortable engaging with institutional investors and understanding their research needs. - Team player who supports colleagues on broader tasks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Undergraduate degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field). - 1–2 years of experience dealing with institutional clients or in operations/customer service.
