Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior OutSystems Developer **Role Summary** Collaborate with the Digital Services team to develop and maintain online self-service solutions for CM’s 4.7 million members, encompassing 46 applications and the MyCM Mobile App. Focus on building mobile solutions using OutSystems (version 11), with 70% of time dedicated to development. Operate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused software. **Expectations** Contribute to continuous value delivery by deploying solutions in every sprint. Collaborate in technical problem-solving, advocate for process improvements, and support team learning. Maintain high-quality code through testing, code reviews, and documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using OutSystems (version 11), with emphasis on REACT and mobile integration. - Implement user stories, conduct functional testing, and perform code reviews for colleagues. - Analyze system integrations and collaborate with infrastructure teams for application deployment and monitoring. - Partner with product owners, testers, architects, and analysts to prioritize tasks, align priorities, and ensure accurate implementation. - Propose and champion technical improvements for application performance and user experience. - Document solutions to ensure long-term maintenance and knowledge transfer. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of experience as an OutSystems developer, specializing in mobile development and REACT. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and application deployment processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in cross-functional team collaboration. - Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French or Dutch preferred. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional, user-focused solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - OutSystems Certification (ODC or other relevant certifications) preferred but not mandatory.
