Job Description
**Job Title** Business Development Executive **Role Summary** Identify, qualify, and close enterprise‑level opportunities for NetSuite licensing solutions within the Quebec territory, driving revenue growth and ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting through disciplined prospecting, solution selling, and contract negotiation. **Expectations** - Achieve and surpass assigned territory sales quota. - Maintain a robust, up‑to‑date CRM pipeline with clear forecasting data. - Demonstrate bilingual fluency (French/English) and strong stakeholder engagement skills. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic prospecting, lead follow‑up, and attendance at industry events. 2. Create and execute sales strategies and timelines for each opportunity, coordinating technical resources and implementation milestones. 3. Lead NetSuite demonstration preparation in collaboration with Solution Consultants, delivering professional presentations, proposals, and RFP responses. 4. Negotiate commercial terms within company pricing guidelines, coordinating contract finalization with legal support. 5. Maintain real‑time, accurate CRM records of expected close dates, budgets, timelines, and next steps to enable accurate revenue forecasting. 6. Serve as liaison between prospects and internal NetSuite consultants/developers, ensuring smooth hand‑off and project alignment. **Required Skills** - Bilingual proficiency in French and English. - Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably as a Sales Executive. - Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and influencing abilities at all organizational levels. - Excellent listening, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. - Resourceful time management and initiative. - Ability to absorb complex client requirements and collaborate cross‑functionally. - Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite bonus), manufacturing or distribution sectors, and general business acumen. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, technology, accounting, or a related discipline. - Certifications in sales methodology or ERP platforms are a plus but not mandatory.
