Job Title Data Scientist Role Summary Senior data‑science professional with 6 + years experience in end‑to‑end ML lifecycle, from hypothesis testing to production model monitoring. Focus on predictive modeling, NLP, and model governance. Expactations * 6 + years of industry experience in ML/NLP. * Proven track record of delivering deployable models and analytical tools. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions. * Develop and deploy predictive models using regression, classification, and NLP techniques. * Build text‑classification tools for automated document review. * Create data visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. * Evaluate new data sources and assess their impact on model performance. * Establish processes and dashboards for ongoing model performance monitoring and governance. Required Skills Technical: Python and/or R, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MS‑SQL/NoSQL, ML frameworks (scikit‑learn, XGBoost). Analytics: Machine‑learning algorithms, hypothesis testing, statistical analysis, regression, predictive modeling. NLP: Tokenization, embeddings, transformers, LLM integration.
