**Job title:** Senior React Developer
**Role Summary**
Lead the onshore ownership of the flagship “Project Clubhouse” application, delivering continuous enhancements, new features, and 24‑hour production support. Coordinate closely with offshore teams and internal stakeholders while maintaining full accountability for the front‑end experience and seamless API integration.
**Expectations**
- 24‑month contract with pathway to permanent.
- Onsite presence 3 days per week.
- Own the application lifecycle: design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain.
- Work within an Agile framework (Scrum/Sprint) with Product Owner, Tech Lead, and Product Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and build modular, micro‑frontend React components using the latest React version.
- Prototype UI solutions rapidly to clarify business requirements.
- Integrate and troubleshoot RESTful APIs (Java/Spring Boot) for both functional and data‑layer requirements.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable front‑end code following best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and production monitoring.
- Perform SQL Server data analysis, write queries, and troubleshoot database performance issues.
- Serve as the primary onshore liaison to offshore developers, ensuring alignment and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced knowledge of React.js (hooks, context, performance tuning).
- Experience with micro‑frontend architecture and component composition.
- Strong API integration and debugging skills (JSON, REST, GraphQL).
- Proficiency in SQL Server (querying, indexing, reporting).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Git, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot services and enterprise service integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Agile/Scrum development experience.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate) are a plus.
