Job Description: Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst Role Summary: Provide strategic financial reporting, analysis, and planning support to business units and senior management. Drive operational efficiency, ensure accurate financial close processes, and develop actionable insights for decision-making. Expectations: - Deliver high-quality financial reports and analyses within tight deadlines - Collaborate with business managers to optimize cost and operational performance - Maintain data integrity and adhere to accounting standards - Adapt to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and prioritize multiple tasks Key Responsibilities: - Perform monthly financial close, consolidations, and reconciliations - Build and maintain financial models and dashboards for forecasting and scenario analysis - Conduct ad‑hoc business analyses and present recommendations to senior leadership - Facilitate finance review meetings with business groups - Establish and monitor operating and business metrics - Manage accounting entries and support overall financial reporting process - Provide oversight for project financials and retail client program reporting Required Skills: - CPA designation completed or in progress - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - 3+ years of finance/accounting experience with close, consolidation, and reconciliation exposure - Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis) - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels - Proven business acumen and results orientation - Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment - Working knowledge of Dynamics NAV is an asset Required Education & Certifications: - CPA designation (completed or in progress) - University degree in Finance or Accounting ---
