Head of Salesforce Enablement & Center of Excellence
**Role Summary**
Lead the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) to govern, evolve, and optimize the Salesforce platform across a regulated investment management organization. Drive strategic alignment between Salesforce capability, business goals, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adoption, data integrity, and continuous value creation.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a first‑class Salesforce platform enabling superior client engagement, distribution intelligence, and data‑driven decision making.
- Build and scale the CoE as a trusted vendor, process, and innovation hub.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable platform enhancements.
- Govern data, privacy, and security while maintaining audit‑ready processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish CoE mandate, governance, service model, and multi‑year roadmap focused on client experience, portals, apps, and workflows.
- Act as Salesforce Product Owner: define vision, usability, scalability, integration architecture, and automation across Financial Services Cloud and related products.
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise data ecosystem (client master data, fund performance, reporting).
- Partner with Sales, Client Service, Marketing, and Product to deliver Salesforce‑enabled capabilities, including risk measurement, next‑best‑action, and workflow optimization.
- Drive user enablement, training, communication, and adoption initiatives; measure adoption metrics and champion continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain data stewardship, governance policies, access management, privacy controls (GDPR, SEC) and audit readiness.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic leadership and cross‑functional team management.
- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, complex environments, and integrations.
- Experience establishing or leading a Center of Excellence in a regulated industry.
- Deep understanding of institutional and intermediate distribution models, regulatory requirements, and data governance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation at senior executive level.
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience, change management, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Analytical mindset linking business objectives to technical solutions.
- Passion for client‑centric technology and data empowerment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Financial Services Cloud specialization (or equivalent).
- Additional certifications in data governance, privacy (e.g., CIPP/E, Privacy+. ) are a plus.
