Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Role Summary
Lead end‑to‑end administration, development, and data governance of Salesforce to support rapid growth across new programs and AI pilots. Own daily platform operations, design and deploy automation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align CRM capabilities with commercial, sales, and operational needs.

- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive Salesforce solutions.
- Provide actionable analytics and dashboards that drive sales performance and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce daily: user onboarding/off‑boarding, password resets, permission sets.
- Conduct regular platform audits, identify gaps, and enforce security/ compliance standards.
- Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, and validation rules.
- Create, test, and deploy flows, process builder automations, and Apex code (when required).
- Partner with commercial ops, sales enablement, ERP, and order‑management teams to capture requirements and implement CRM solutions.
- Work with the data‑lake team to ensure accurate SFDC data flow into Snowflake; perform data cleanup and deduplication.
- Build Salesforce dashboards, reports, and visualizations; support Tableau or Power BI reporting where appropriate.
- Integrate AI tools (Gemini Pro, ChatGPT) to enhance data analysis and workflow automation.
- Communicate technical changes and best practices to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose optimizations.
Required Skills
- 2–3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Strong analytical mindset: proficiency with formulas, macros, and VBA.
- Expertise in Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex).
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Proactive ownership and problem‑solving attitude.
- Curiosity and data‑driven approach to process improvement.
- Comfortable working with AI tools (Gemini Pro, ChatGPT).
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).
- Salesforce Certified App Builder (preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Agent Force (preferred).
- Experience using AgentForce platform (preferred).
