**Job Title**
Product Manager Data – F/H
**Role Summary**
Define, structure, and drive the roadmap for data products—including APIs, data platforms, dashboards, and analytical models—within a digital transformation environment. Collaborate across business, data science, engineering, and IT to deliver high‑value, self‑service analytics solutions that demonstrate measurable business impact.
**Expactations**
- Launch data products on time and within scope.
- Maintain data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Enable self‑service BI for end‑users.
- Show measurable outcomes such as user adoption, error reduction, and ROI.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Product Vision & Strategy** – Define vision, roadmap, and prioritize backlog based on business value and user impact.
2. **Requirement Capture & Design** – Gather stakeholder needs, write user stories, set acceptance criteria, and design user journeys for BI and data‑platform self‑service.
3. **Data Quality & Governance** – Ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, data governance).
4. **Agile Delivery** – Lead sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and coordinate testing, validation, and deployment.
5. **Documentation & Communication** – Produce feature specifications, release notes, and knowledge artifacts.
6. **Performance Measurement** – Define, track, and report product KPIs (adoption %, access latency, error rate, ROI).
**Required Skills**
- Deep knowledge of data architectures (Data Lake, DWH, ETL, APIs).
- BI tool proficiency (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik).
- SQL expertise; experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar.
- Understanding of GDPR, data governance, and data quality principles.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and prioritization abilities.
- Product leadership with excellent stakeholder communication.
- Agile methodology experience and product lifecycle management.
- Results‑oriented, service‑driven mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s level (Bac+5) in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of proven experience in product management or data‑centric roles.
- Agile or product‑management certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, CBIP, CDDG) are advantageous.
