Job Title: IT Support Technician Role Summary: Provide comprehensive on‑site and remote technical support for users across the Forterro Group, ensuring secure and efficient operation of Windows and Azure Active Directory environments while managing hardware, software, and cloud applications. Expectations: Deliver fast, reliable support and training; maintain data confidentiality and system security; evaluate and implement new technology solutions; collaborate with cross‑functional teams on application rollouts and business reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver on‑site and remote support for all IT issues. - Educate users on current and new applications, systems, and services. - Ensure data confidentiality and system security. - Test and evaluate new hardware, software, services, and systems. - Support rollouts of new applications and services across the Forterro Group. - Administer Windows‑based environments and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. - Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues; replace components as needed. - Administer Azure and on‑premises Active Directory. - Manage cloud‑based applications (e.g., Office 365, ticketing systems, Atlassian tools). - Support business operations including budget proposals, cost allocation, control, and reporting. Job Title: Resource and Projects Management Coordinator Role Summary: Act as the primary business partner for workforce planning and project staffing within a global professional services organization. Deliver timely allocation of consultants, maintain accurate system data, and support utilization goals while aligning with project managers, business leads, and service operations. Expectations: - Respond rapidly to resource requests from internal stakeholders. - Maintain up‑to‑date capacity, utilization, and overhead metrics. - Resolve allocation conflicts and communicate escalations effectively. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive continuous process improvement.
