ServiceNow Architect
**Role Summary**
Design, architect, and lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations for enterprise clients. Spearhead scalable solution design, integration, governance, and team mentorship across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and related modules. Drive long‑term ServiceNow strategy and roadmap with stakeholders.
**Expectations**
- 7+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
- 5+ years of solution design and implementation expertise.
- 3+ years in a lead or architect level role.
- U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions across core modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB).
2. Develop and communicate long‑term adoption roadmaps with executive stakeholders.
3. Guide configuration and customization to ensure scalability, maintainability, and best practices.
4. Design and manage integrations with enterprise systems (LDAP, AD, SAP, cloud platforms, external APIs).
5. Mentor and coach development teams, promoting coding standards and quality delivery.
6. Oversee governance, including update sets, version control, deployment pipelines, and compliance.
**Required Skills**
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and CSDM.
- Proficient in service‑integration technologies (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server).
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules).
- Experience with Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence.
- Governance experience (update sets, deployment pipelines, CI/CD).
- Integration experience with AWS, Azure, Salesforce, and enterprise platforms.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration).
- Familiarity with ITOM modules (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Certified ServiceNow Solution Architect (CSA) / Implementation Consultant (CAD) / Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
