Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Salesforce & CPQ Administrator **Role Summary** Own and evolve the Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ ecosystem within Revenue Operations. Develop scalable, declarative automation to support quote-to-cash processes, integrate GTM systems, and embed AI-driven insights while maintaining data integrity and system governance. **Expectations** - Execute 70% of the role focusing on Salesforce and CPQ administration; 30% on broader GTM systems and integrations. - Deliver high‑quality automation and data governance, enable accelerated revenue velocity, and support sales force efficiency. - Communicate regularly with RevOps and GTM leaders to align technology with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Nue.io). 2. Design and implement quote‑to‑cash solutions, including pricing, approvals, product configuration, renewals, and amendments. 3. Build and maintain advanced automation (record‑triggered flows, screen flows, approval processes, lifecycle workflows). 4. Leverage Salesforce AI and external AI tools to enhance guided selling, forecasting, and operational insights. 5. Integrate Salesforce with GTM platforms (ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, marketing automation) ensuring data sync, field mapping, and alignment. 6. Enforce data governance, validation frameworks, audits, and advanced reporting dashboards for forecasting and revenue analytics. **Required Skills** - 5+ years’ Salesforce Administration experience. - Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ or comparable CPQ tools. - Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow and declarative automation. - Comprehensive understanding of quote‑to‑cash lifecycle and revenue operations. - Experience integrating Salesforce with external GTM platforms. - Strong data governance, validation, and reporting capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (or equivalent). - Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
