Job title: Assistant Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Provide comprehensive support to the marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking large-scale integrated campaigns across media, creative, social, and event channels. Manage creative assets, timelines, vendor relationships, and budget activities while ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
Expectations: Deliver timely, high-quality project outputs in a fast‑moving environment. Collaborate across functional teams, communicate effectively with agencies and vendors, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and campaign requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the creation and approval of media plan assets, overseeing specifications, delivery, and approvals with the media group.
- Traffick creative materials and fulfill internal/external requests for copies, show descriptions, premiums, status reports, etc.
- Prepare presentation materials and documents for internal and external meetings, including PowerPoint decks.
- Develop marketing collateral, selecting campaign creative, working with vendors, proofing, and distributing materials on schedule.
- Partner with Brand Creative, Social Media, Digital Platforms, Operations, PR, Research, Development, and Programming to meet deliverables and deadlines.
- Support agency management, communications, and capacity presentations.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
- Update project timelines, status reports, and oversee premium selection and procurement.
- Act as vendor liaison for quality assurance and delivery coordination.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of project management experience on large integrated campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, changing environments.
- Creative thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or general graphic design tools (preferred).
- Familiarity with billing and budget management (preferred).
- Knowledge of TV marketing insights (preferred).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not mandatory).
- No specific certifications required.
