Job Title: Program Manager – Data & Analytics Role Summary Senior Program Manager responsible for leading the strategy, governance, migration, and business continuity of data assets within a regulated Pharma/Life Sciences enterprise separation program. Must ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements while coordinating cross‑functional teams and vendors. Expectations - Deliver end‑to‑end Data & Analytics separation strategy within defined scope and timeline. - Maintain regulatory compliance and audit readiness across all data domains. - Provide C‑level visibility on risks, financials, and readiness status. - Build and lead a Data & Analytics PMO team. - Drive AI/advanced analytics continuity in the future state. Key Responsibilities - Own Data & Analytics separation strategy for GxP and non‑GxP environments. - Lead data migration, validation, archival, and decommissioning with regulatory oversight. - Ensure continuity of critical platforms (ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS, CRM, Data Lakes, BI tools). - Oversee data integrity, lineage, governance, master data management, and stewardship frameworks. - Partner with TAOs, TS, A&D, Quality, IT, and vendor partners to meet separation milestones. - Provide executive reporting on risks, financials, compliance exposure, and readiness. - Manage data privacy (HIPAA, GDPR), security, and audit readiness. - Drive AI/ML platform transitions and advanced analytics enablement. - Resolve cross‑functional data ownership and regulatory conflicts. Required Skills - 15+ years in Program Management within Pharma/Life Sciences. - Proven leadership in data separation, carve‑outs, or A&D programs in regulated settings. - Deep knowledge of GxP, data integrity (ALCOA+), validation, and audit requirements. - Experience with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Azure/AWS, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, etc.). - Strong executive communication and governance leadership. - Vendor, offshore, and cross‑functional coordination expertise. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (preferred). - PMP or PgMP certification (preferred). - Knowledge of validated systems and Computer System Validation (CSV) frameworks (preferred). ---
