**Job Title**
Director, IT Operations & Enterprise Systems
**Role Summary**
Lead the global IT function, setting strategy and overseeing the design, deployment, and optimization of infrastructure, end‑user services, SaaS platforms, and core enterprise applications. Drive operational excellence, service reliability, and a secure, scalable environment that supports rapid business growth.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 10 + years in IT operations or enterprise applications management.
- 8 + years in leadership positions, building and scaling high‑performance teams.
- Proven track record delivering complex, high‑growth technology initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **IT Operations Leadership** – Define vision, roadmap, and governance for network, end‑user support, SaaS administration, identity, and endpoint security.
2. **Enterprise Systems Oversight** – Architect, deploy, and integrate enterprise applications (GL/ERP such as NetSuite, HRIS like Workday, CRM such as Salesforce).
3. **Systems Performance & Reliability** – Own availability, incident response, monitoring, metrics, and escalation protocols for all IT services and applications.
4. **Security & Compliance** – Partner with Security & Compliance teams to enforce data privacy, access controls, device management, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
5. **Vendor & SaaS Management** – Oversee relationships, contracts, SLAs, and procurement with infrastructure and software vendors; optimize cost and innovation.
6. **IT Governance & Process Improvement** – Implement ITSM best practices – ticketing workflows, knowledge management, change control, configuration management.
7. **User Enablement & Support** – Deliver employee onboarding/offboarding, ticket resolution, and self‑service tooling to create a user‑first culture.
8. **Team Development** – Recruit, coach, and scale operations and application teams; embed agility, documentation, and service‑excellence mindsets.
**Required Skills**
- 10 + years IT operations / enterprise applications expertise; 8 + years of people leadership.
- Deep knowledge of ERP (NetSuite), HRIS (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in endpoint/device management (Jamf, Intune), identity systems (Okta, Azure AD), and service tools (Jira, Zendesk).
- Strong grasp of application architecture, systems integration, and IT governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven ability to build scalable, high‑performing teams in fast‑paced environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Relevant certifications preferred: PMP, ITIL Foundation, CISSP, or cloud‑platform certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Cloud Architect).
