Job title: Ecommerce Manager, International Role Summary: Lead the optimization and localization of the company’s e‑commerce platform across 45+ international markets, driving engagement and conversion by aligning site experience with local customer needs while maintaining global brand consistency. Expectations: - Deliver measurable growth in conversion and customer satisfaction through data‑driven site enhancements. - Cultivate cross‑functional alignment with marketing, merchandising, product, and creative teams. - Manage external partner relationships (cross‑border solutions, SEO, translations). - Produce bi‑annual business review reports for senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partner with senior marketing leadership to shape international website strategy. 2. Optimize navigation, merchandising, on‑site search, and assets tailored to each market’s maturity and preferences. 3. Lead the International E‑commerce Associate in executing localized initiatives. 4. Coordinate with domestic counterparts to ensure strategy alignment and appropriate localization. 5. Oversee day‑to‑day relations with cross‑border solutions, SEO, and translation agencies. 6. Assess and scope additional technical or business resources in collaboration with Product and Engineering. 7. Work with marketing and retention teams to refine channel landing experiences globally. 8. Identify and pursue new conversion and customer engagement opportunities. 9. Sync content calendars to highlight localized differentiation from the global plan. 10. Govern site experience for international promotions and exclusive digital initiatives. 11. Brief Brand and Creative on needed site assets. 12. Generate comprehensive business review reports detailing site performance and action plans. 13. Conduct competitive research and translate insights into market‑specific actions. Required Skills: - Strong analytical capability; fluency in leveraging large datasets for customer behavior insights. - Deep understanding of customer journey and marketing channel impact on site experience. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication. - Project management with prioritization, organization, and attention to detail. - Entrepreneurial mindset; proactive problem solver fostering innovation. - Relationship building across internal teams and external vendors. - Proficiency with e‑commerce tools: Headless Commerce (Contentful CMS + Shopify), Global‑e, Looker, Heap, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite. - Experience with global e‑commerce practices and multilingual environments is a plus.
