**Job Title:** Project Manager for Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures (MA&D Pharmaceutical Industry)
**Role Summary:** Lead complex MA&D initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector, coordinating cross-functional projects, managing infrastructure, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support merger, acquisition, or divestiture transitions.
**Expectations:** Fluency in English (verbal/written), availability for frequent stakeholder meetings and workshops, capacity to meet aggressive timelines, and ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders and external clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee MA&D project planning, execution, and delivery across pharmaceutical environments.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for infrastructure transitions (IT/OT networks, lab systems, security systems).
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Coordinate data disposition processes, transition services agreements (TSA), and risk assessments.
- Integrate and validate infrastructure systems (IP telephony, AV/digital signage, cloud/on-prem storage).
**Required Skills:**
- Project management (budgeting, timelines, risk mitigation).
- Technical infrastructure expertise in IT/OT networks, lab equipment, building management systems, and security systems.
- Strong understanding of GLP/GMP, TSA negotiations, and change control processes.
- Proficiency in storage solutions (cloud/on-prem), data disposition, and enterprise branding alignment.
- Advanced communication for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, information technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, IT infrastructure management, or industry-specific compliance credentials) preferred.
