Job Description
Job title: Sr. Pricing Manager Role Summary: Owns and drives the company‑wide pricing function for federal contracts, building compliant cost proposals, financial models, and competitive pricing strategies that align with solicitation requirements and business objectives. Expactations: Deliver high‑visibility pricing solutions that directly influence win rates and company growth; adapt models in real time to support executive decision‑making; communicate complex pricing concepts clearly to senior leadership and CxOs; maintain regulatory compliance (FAR/DFARS, DCAA) while enabling market‑competitive pricing. Key Responsibilities: - Lead development of compliant cost proposals, pricing models, and pricing volumes for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs. - Ensure alignment with solicitation requirements, FAR/DFARS, CAS, and internal policies. - Author and present clear pricing volumes that articulate assumptions, rationale, and win themes. - Conduct market and competitor research to shape data‑driven price‑to‑win strategies. - Build and maintain detailed cost models for FFP, T&M, cost‑plus, and other contract types; integrate indirect rates, escalation, labor categories, and fee structures. - Rapidly adjust models for executive “what‑if” and scenario questions; leverage AI pricing tools for rate projections and benchmarks. - Present pricing strategies and models to senior leadership, CxOs, and cross‑functional teams; translate financial details into actionable insights. - Collaborate with solution architects to translate technical approaches into defensible Basis of Estimate (BOE). - Partner with capture, proposal, contracts, legal, and finance to ensure alignment and compliance. Required Skills: - Advanced pricing strategy and financial modeling for federal contracts. - Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DCAA compliance, cost accounting systems. - Proficiency in FP&A tools, cost‑proposals systems, and AI pricing tools. - Strong market research, competitor analysis, and customer spend analysis. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive presentation skills. - Ability to work cross‑functionally and adapt models in rapid, real‑time scenarios. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional certification preferable: APMP, Shipley, or equivalent proposal/pricing credential. - Experience with digital modernization, cloud services, data analytics, and defense contract environments.

**Job title:** Cloud Engineer – Linux Admin **Role Summary:** Design, build, maintain, and optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments with a focus on Linux systems. Support application migration, automation, security, scalability, performance, and disaster recovery.
