Job Description
**Job title:** BMDS Analytical Scientist **Role Summary:** Analytical scientist supporting the BMDS (Biological Method Development) team in a clinical‑stage research environment. Responsible for performing laboratory assays, developing and validating bioanalytical methods, and maintaining GMP compliant documentation. Operates collaboratively in small groups and may contribute to protocol and report writing. **Expectations:** - Deliver reliable, GMP‑compliant analytical data for potency, HCP, qPCR/dPCR, and cell‑based assays. - Actively develop and validate bioanalytical methods with a focus on scientific rigor and troubleshooting. - Maintain detailed, accurate test documentation and support protocol creation as required. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Execute and troubleshoot ELISA (binding/potency/HCP), cell‑based assays, qPCR, and dPCR experiments. 2. Participate in method development and validation, ensuring compliance with GMP standards. 3. Work with at least one other colleague during validation activities. 4. Complete all associated test documentation and GAMP‑aligned records. 5.
