Job Title: Discovery/SACM Architect
Role Summary: Provide solution design and technical recommendations in ServiceNow SACM/Discovery space, focusing on Cloud discovery, CSDM/CDMB, and hardware/software asset discovery.
Expectations: Deliver architecture guidance, maintain high-quality design artifacts, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and recommend solutions for ServiceNow Discovery and SACM environments.
• Deep expertise in Cloud discovery, CSDM, and CDMB models.
• Review and refine architecture to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Document architecture decisions and provide guidance to development teams.
Required Skills: • ServiceNow Discovery (Cloud, Data Center, Network, Cloud Discovery).
• ServiceNow CSDM & CDMB implementation.
• Cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and asset discovery best practices.
• Experience with architecture tools, modelling, and design patterns.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • ServiceNow Certified Solution Architect – Discovery or SACM (preferred).

Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Platform & Service Mapping (SPM) Developer
Role Summary: Architect, configure, and implement ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, APM/EA, and related modules; develop custom functionalities, integrations, and data hygiene processes.
Expectations: Lead development initiatives, mentor junior developers, ensure architectural consistency, and support deployment and post‑go‑live stabilization efforts.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow modules (CMDB, SPM, SAM, APM/EA).
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems (Ariba, cloud platforms, messaging services).
• Implement CMDB data quality processes (normalization, reconciliation, certification).
• Map and enforce CSDM standards across all ServiceNow modules.
• Create and execute test cases for UAT, SIT, and production validation.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and SMEs to capture requirements and propose solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Participate in deployment planning, cutover support, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
Required Skills: • ServiceNow developer experience (CMDB, Discovery, SPM, SAM, APM/EA).
• Scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, REST, SOAP).
• Integration experience (API development, middleware).
• Data modeling and CMDB health management.
• Testing methodologies (SIT, UAT).
• Strong problem‑solving and mentorship abilities.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – Service Mapping or CMDB (preferred). • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred).
