Stage - Software Engineer (H/F)
Job Description
**Job Title** Software Engineer Internship **Role Summary** An internship position where you will join a cross‑functional squad to design, develop, and deploy technically sound features for a large, high‑impact platform. Job Description
**Job Title** Credit Management / Collections Intern **Role Summary** Support the Credit Management team by managing credit risk, overseeing factoring processes, conducting data analysis, and reporting on key performance indicators. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate customer data, ensure effective credit limits, and enhance collection workflows. **Expactations** - Immediate start (internship) or September start (co‑op) in a fast‑growing, AI‑driven company. - Full engagement in credit risk and collections activities, with responsibilities spread across risk assessment, factoring, data integrity, and reporting. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze customer solvency and set credit limits using tools such as Ellisphere and Coface. - Manage sales declaration declarations, monitor coverage ratios, and maintain third‑party data accuracy. - Prepare, review, and audit monthly invoice transfer files for factoring partners; track blocked invoices. - Generate monthly reports on DSO, dispute rates, and KPI trends; audit data consistency across ERP, DSO, and recovery platforms. - Contribute to automation of risk monitoring files and continuous improvement of collection processes. - Stay current on digital credit management tools and AI applications; assess their relevance to company operations. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data visualization). - Comfort handling databases and digital tools; knowledge of factoring mechanics is advantageous. - Strong analytical, structured, and rigorous mindset; adept at cross‑functional collaboration as a business partner. - Self‑motivated, autonomous, and proactive in proposing solutions. - Operational English (written & reading) at a business level. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current pursuit of Master 1 or 2 (Bac+4/5) in Corporate Finance, Management, or Credit Management. - Minimum of six‑month related experience (internship or gap year) in accounting, management control, credit management, or sales support (ADV). - No additional certifications required, but familiarity with credit risk platforms (e.g., Coface) and ERP systems is a plus.
