Software Engineer – Growth
**Role Summary**
Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue for a three‑sided marketplace by designing, building, and launching growth experiments across the tech stack. Own end‑to‑end projects, from rapid MVP prototypes to measurable outcomes, while integrating APIs and leveraging low‑code/no‑code platforms to accelerate go‑to‑market initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and run experiments to improve onboarding, retention, and conversion.
- Build internal and external automations, scripts, and dashboards (SQL, APIs, Airtable, Retool, Zapier, N8N, DBT, etc.).
- Integrate AI‑powered tools for sales enablement, store data scanning, and product recommendation.
- Analyze experiment results using SQL and BI dashboards to quantify impact.
- Prioritize high‑leverage opportunities with cross‑functional teams.
- Build MVPs and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years of software or growth engineering experience.
- Full‑stack or automation proficiency (JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs, Airtable, Retool, Zapier, N8N, DBT, Shopify, or equivalent no‑code tools).
- Proven track record of building MVPs and running experiments.
- Strong data analysis and experimentation design skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, high‑growth startup settings.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or data analytics) are a plus.
