Job Title: Industrial Marketing Engineer Role Summary: Drive the development, execution, and performance measurement of a long‑term marketing strategy for the aeronautics and defense segments within the industrial chemical sector. Translate market insights into tactical campaigns across digital, events, and sales enablement to support revenue growth. Expactations: Deliver measurable marketing objectives aligned with corporate goals, sustain cross‑functional collaboration, and continuously optimize initiatives through data‑driven analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Develop 5‑ and 10‑year marketing plans in line with company objectives. - Conduct thorough market, competitor, and trend analyses to identify growth opportunities. - Define KPIs and monitor campaign performance, reporting on ROI and market feedback. - Design and launch segmented campaigns utilizing digital, trade shows, webinars, and PR channels. - Produce and manage marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, web content, videos) tailored to technical audiences. - Coordinate with product, sales, and technical teams to align messaging and event participation. - Generate sales‑enablement tools (product sheets, technical‑economic pitch decks, training materials). - Collaborate with sales to refine offerings based on client needs and market insights. - Lead cross‑functional project teams, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Required Skills: - Proven experience in operational marketing within chemicals, aerospace, or defense from 3–5 years. - Strong strategic thinking, campaign execution, and project management. - Expertise in digital marketing tools, content management, and marketing analytics. - Ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum Bac+5 (equivalent) – Engineering degree or Business School with a marketing specialization. - Technical knowledge of industrial chemicals and/or aeronautics/defense markets preferred.
