Job Description
**Job Title:** SharePoint Power Apps Developer **Role Summary:** Develop, deploy, and maintain low‑code/no‑code solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online, driving automation, collaboration, and data visibility for a federal client. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end application lifecycle support for PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Administer SharePoint Online sites, ensuring governance, security, and performance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional prototypes. - Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for end users. - Maintain compliance with federal security and data governance standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and test Canvas and Model‑Driven PowerApps. - Create and manage Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards. - Configure and administer SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, content types, web parts, and document libraries. - Lead migration of content, workflows, and customizations from on‑premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online. - Implement governance policies for data retention, versioning, and lifecycle management. - Troubleshoot application and platform issues, and provide user support and training. - Produce technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs. - Report status and coordinate with project managers and leadership. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years total development experience; 3+ years SharePoint administration; 4+ years SharePoint Server administration. - Expertise in PowerApps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft 365. - Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, security, permissions, and site architecture. - Experience with migrations, governance, and compliance. - Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - Active DoD Top Secret clearance. - Desired certifications: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator, CompTIA Security+.
