Job Description
Job title: Tech Recruitment Consultant – Delivery Focused Role Summary: Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for technology roles across Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud, IT Support, and Tech Sales. Operate independently, sourcing, qualifying, and placing high‑quality candidates while managing client relationships and maintaining accurate CRM records. Expectations: - 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech. - Proven delivery record with consistent placement results. - Self‑managed, remote work focus with strong organisational skills. - Commercially aware, resilient, and motivated to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: - Source, engage, and qualify candidates for live tech roles. - Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines. - Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate interview schedules and relay feedback to clients and candidates. - Manage offer negotiations and complete placements. - Keep recruitment data current in CRM. - Collaborate with Lead Consultant to align on client expectations and delivery goals. Required Skills: - Strong sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Time‑management and prioritisation in a fast‑paced environment. - Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assignments. - Commercial mindset with an awareness of market dynamics. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). - Current or prior certifications in recruiting (e.g., SHRM‑CP, HRCI) are a plus.
