**Job title:** Senior Product Manager
**Role Summary:** Owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for EDR/XDR platforms, leading cross‑functional teams through full product lifecycle to deliver enterprise‑grade cybersecurity solutions that drive market adoption and growth.
**Expectations:** Deliver products aligned with business goals & customer needs; maintain competitive edge through innovation in detection, automation, and response; achieve KPIs such as adoption, detection accuracy, MTTR, customer satisfaction, and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EDR/XDR and adjacent capabilities.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, threat research, sales, marketing, support) from ideation to launch and iterative improvement.
- Translate security requirements and threat intelligence into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with threat researchers and engineers to integrate cutting‑edge detection logic, automation, and response.
- Champion a customer‑first mindset; prioritize features based on enterprise client, support, and field engineer feedback.
- Create go‑to‑market strategies, messaging, demos, and sales enablement materials.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends (AI‑driven security, zero‑trust, cloud‑native defense).
- Measure product success through KPIs: adoption, detection accuracy, MTTR, customer satisfaction, retention.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years product management, 3+ years in cybersecurity, threat detection, or security operations.
- Deep knowledge of EDR/XDR attack vectors, customer scenarios, and security workflows.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling security products in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, public speaking, demos, content).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable insights.
- Working proficiency in English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Certifications (e.g., PMP, CSPO, CISSP) are a plus but not mandatory.
