Job Description

**Job Title:** Salesforce GovCloud Administrator **Role Summary:** Oversee the health, security, and user adoption of a Salesforce Government Cloud organization, ensuring reliable delivery to public‑sector stakeholders within FedRAMP High and DoD IL4‑IL5 environments. **Expectations:** Maintain a compliant, secure, and well‑documented org; manage releases and configuration; drive user adoption through training and documentation; collaborate with security, release, and DevOps teams to meet stringent government standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and manage users, roles, permissions, login policies, and data security. - Build declarative automation (Flows), page layouts, reports, and dashboards; design objects and fields. - Maintain compliance‑aligned settings and evidence (audit logs, change tracking, data retention). - Support releases: UAT coordination, sandbox seeding, post‑deploy validation; manage AppExchange packages suitable for GovCloud. - Drive adoption via training, documentation, and backlog grooming. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years as an experienced Salesforce Administrator. - Deep knowledge of GovCloud configuration and FedRAMP High/DoD IL controls at the platform level. - Proficiency in declarative automation, reporting/analytics, and data security. - Comfortable collaborating with DevOps Center, security, and release teams. - Strong communication skills for training and documentation. - U.S. work authorization; ability to satisfy agency background/clearance requirements. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Salesforce Certified Administrator (required). - Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder (preferred).
