Job Description

Job Title: Cyber Risk Analyst Role Summary: Support development and implementation of cyber risk processes, strategies, and solutions for third-party risk management. Focus on process enhancement, project documentation, data analysis, and cybersecurity expertise to optimize third-party risk programs. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Expectations: Minimum 6-9 years in security/risk analyst role with proven success in designing and executing risk processes and controls. Key Responsibilities: - Process Development: Assess and integrate new risk domains into third-party risk management (TPRM) programs; design and implement risk processes. - Project Management: Oversee documentation (scope, plans, status reports) and deliverables for cyber risk initiatives. - Data Analysis: Extract, aggregate, and analyze cross-source data to support risk evaluations and reporting. - Cyber SME Support: Provide technical expertise for ad hoc requests and resolve complex risk inquiries. - Technology: Draft business requirements, test new systems, and document security processes/solutions. Required Skills: - Knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO), cybersecurity best practices, and compliance standards (required). - Strong consulting and communication skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders (required). - Excellent organization, independent task management, and data-driven decision-making (required). - Time management and project leadership for multi-task prioritization in autonomous environments (required). - Preferred: Experience with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). - Preferred: Intermediate Excel/PowerPoint proficiency and consulting background. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience. Preferred: CRISC, CISA, CISM, or CISSP certifications.
