**Job Title:** Lead Java Developer (F/H) **Role Summary:** Lead technical architect and senior developer in an Agile environment, guiding the team on best practices, architecture, and code quality while actively contributing to backend (Java/Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular) development. **Expectations:** - Guide the team as a technical reference. - Influence architecture and technology choices. - Ensure high‑quality code and delivery standards. - Foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the technical lead, mentoring developers and collaborating with technical experts. - Engage in architecture decisions and technology selection. - Develop and review backend services using Java and Spring Boot. - Contribute to front‑end components in Angular. - Enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality gates. - Resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement. - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, retrospectives, sprint planning). - Advance the technical evolution of the platform. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 4 years as Technical Lead or Senior Developer. - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and PostgreSQL. - Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration. - Autonomous, analytical mindset with a service‑oriented attitude. - Experience working within Agile frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical background. - Relevant certifications in Java, Spring, or Agile (e.g., Scrum Master) are advantageous.
