**Job Title**
Tech Lead (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end software development of complex, high‑impact digital solutions. Own architecture decisions, drive technical excellence, coach a small team of developers, and serve as the primary technical advisor to clients across multiple industries.
**Expectations**
- Deliver robust, scalable, and high‑performance architectures for new and evolving applications.
- Provide expert technical guidance to clients, translating business needs into technology solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering autonomy and best‑practice adherence.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and evolve software architecture: technology stacks, infrastructure, patterns, and roadmaps.
- Make critical technical and functional decisions (stack selection, cloud/on‑prem choices, architectural patterns).
- Co‑create client requirements and develop proposals that align with business goals.
- Build and maintain high‑quality codebases using Java, Python, Typescript, and modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Champion Clean Code, TDD, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimisation.
- Resolve complex performance and scalability issues.
- Coach developers, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and guide career progression.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to service development.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced experience in software architecture and design (micro‑services, event‑driven, cloud, or hybrid environments).
- Proven expertise in Java, Python, and Typescript with front‑end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
- Strong grasp of Clean Code, TDD, code review best practices, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
- Ability to analyse and optimise performance and scalability.
- Excellent communication in French (written & oral) and English (technical).
- Commercial acumen: client‑facing, proposal writing, and opportunity identification.
- Leadership: coaching, team motivation, and mentorship.
- Adaptability to multiple industry contexts (media, insurance, mobility, aerospace, ecology, etc.).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Degree (Bachelors or higher) from an engineering school, computer‑science university, or equivalent professional background.
- Strong self‑taught or portfolio‑based experience is acceptable if coupled with proven technical depth.
