Job title: Full‑Stack Software Engineer Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end feature development on a cloud‑native, AI‑powered SaaS platform. Balance user‑facing React/TypeScript interfaces with scalable Node.js/GraphQL back‑ends, delivering reliable, maintainable code in a fast‑growth startup environment. Expectations: Deliver production‑ready code on a minimal 3‑month feedback cycle. Lead architecture decisions for selected product areas. Mentor peers in best practices and AI integration. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, test, and deploy full‑stack features spanning resident portals and backend workflows. - Collaborate with designers and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Own product areas end‑to‑end, ensuring high quality, performance, and reliability. - Conduct code reviews, contribute to technical design discussions, and enforce coding standards. - Iterate rapidly using user feedback and analytics to improve citizen and government experiences. Required Skills: - 3+ years full‑stack development experience (enterprise or consumer). - Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS. - Experience with AI model integration (OpenAI API or similar). - Strong product‑driven mindset; ability to ask critical questions and understand customer pain points. - Demonstrated ownership of large feature sets and end‑to‑end delivery. - Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployment.
