Job Description

**Job Title:** AI Implementation Engineer **Role Summary:** Implement and deliver AI‑driven automation solutions that streamline business processes, integrate data across systems, and support complex operational tasks. Collaborate with AI specialists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable, production‑ready applications using large language models, agentic AI frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools. **Expectations:** - Deliver AI automation projects on schedule within a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. - Produce high‑quality, well‑tested, and documented code that adheres to software engineering best practices. - Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and data sources. - Communicate progress and technical decisions effectively to cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and build AI‑enabled automation solutions to reduce manual effort. - Develop end‑to‑end workflow automations that orchestrate data across multiple systems. - Implement agentic AI and large language model (LLM) capabilities for multi‑step tasks. - Create and maintain API integrations, web services, and data exchange pipelines. - Translate business requirements into robust technical specifications with AI Business Partners. - Conduct testing, produce documentation, and manage reliable production deployments. **Required Skills:** - Strong software development proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript. - Hands‑on experience with large language models and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI). - Practical knowledge of agentic AI frameworks and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, Airflow, Prefect). - Solid understanding of API integration, REST/SOAP services, and data formats (JSON, XML). - Experience working with databases and data sources to support automated processes. - Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate) are a plus but not mandatory.
