Job title: Sales Administrator Role Summary: Provide front‑line support for the sales organization by qualifying leads, confirming and rescheduling product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate, clean data in the CRM. Ensure every demo is prepared, scheduled efficiently, and aligned with product offerings to maximize conversion. Expectations: Deliver timely follow‑up on all booked demos; maintain a qualified lead pipeline; collaborate with Sales Development and Inside Sales teams to prioritize prospects; achieve high data integrity and scheduling accuracy; demonstrate initiative and accountability in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Qualify and confirm booked demos via phone and email, gathering required information. - Reconnect with prospects who missed demos and reschedule engagements. - Update and manage lead information in the CRM, track interactions, and keep data clean. - Monitor demo calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and balanced lead distribution among reps. - Flag unqualified or cold leads and alert relevant teams. - Support general sales operations and administrative tasks to improve team efficiency. Required Skills: - Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette; friendly, professional demeanor. - Experience in customer service, inside sales support, or administrative coordination. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Self‑starter mindset, thrives in a goal‑oriented, fast‑paced setting. - Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred). - Ability to handle objections, engage customers, and maintain high customer engagement.
