**Job Title**: Network Security Engineer **Role Summary**: Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and redundant network infrastructures to ensure stable 24/7 operations. Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Role Summary: Execute tactical procurement and supplier onboarding for a 6‑month contract within the energy sector. Manage purchasing processes, maintain supplier data integrity, and deliver analytical insights to support operational visibility. Expectations: • 2–5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in oil & gas or geothermal. • Proven ability to convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders and onboard suppliers. • Proficiency in procurement software (OpenInvoice, Pricebooks). • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; detail‑oriented and self‑motivated. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee supplier onboarding: collect and verify MSA, NDA, W9, COI, HSE documents, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams. • Create, review, issue, and expedite purchase orders per company policies and approval workflows. • Sustain and optimize standard onboarding and PO creation procedures to meet cycle time targets. • Generate dashboards and reports tracking onboarding progress, PO activity, and supplier status to support operational decision‑making. • Maintain supplier master data, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness. • Analyze organizational spend by category, providing insights for strategic sourcing and cost‑control initiatives. • Partner with Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable, and other functional stakeholders to facilitate procurement of goods and services.
