**Job title**
Technical Documentation Project Manager (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate technical documentation projects across diverse sectors (aerospace, defense, naval, rail, nuclear). Own project deliverables, schedules, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of documentation processes.
**Expectations**
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality documentation.
- Maintain effective collaboration with clients, suppliers, internal teams, and senior management.
- Proactively identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to cost management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate technical subjects and project actions with all stakeholders.
- Track deliverables, priorities, and schedules using internal tools (e.g., Redprod).
- Report risks, issues, and critical points to management.
- Drive planning, organization, and execution of major project milestones, including financial oversight.
- Participate in solution analysis for data provisioning and project input management.
- Facilitate project workshops, gather requirements, and foster collaborative work via internal tools.
- Manage cross‑project issues affecting multiple programs.
- Produce internal and client‑facing reports per process requirements.
- Capture and analyze client satisfaction.
- Estimate effort, support resource planning during pre‑sales and production phases.
- Collaborate with IT teams to secure hardware, software, and access rights.
- Promote adoption of new working methods.
- Monitor evolving regulatory, normative, and client‑specific documentation requirements.
**Required Skills**
- Project management in technical documentation.
- Strong adaptability, technical curiosity, and synthesis ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with specialized documentation tools.
- Knowledge of normative documentation standards (ATA 2200, ATA 100, S1000D) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, or related field.
- Relevant project‑management qualification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Certifications in ATA 100, ATA 2200, or S1000D highly desirable.
