Job Description

**Job Title** Agile Delivery Lead **Role Summary** Lead and mentor 4–5 cross‑functional teams (CRM, EDW, Integration, ERP) through Salesforce migration initiatives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor progress, drive metrics, and ensure alignment between technical delivery and business requirements. **Expectations** Provide autonomous, proactive leadership; maintain momentum on deliverables; scale coaching across teams; deliver measurable improvements in sprint velocity and quality; communicate status and risks to senior stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Guide multiple teams throughout the full Scrum lifecycle (planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives). * Create, maintain, and optimize JIRA boards and Confluence documentation. * Track and report on KPIs, sprint burndown, velocity, and risk dashboards. * Identify, mitigate, and escalation of blockers and risks to sustain project cadence. * Coach teams in Agile best practices, self‑organization, and continuous improvement. * Translate business use cases, workflows, and Salesforce requirements into actionable backlog items. * Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and team integration. **Required Skills** * 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead in enterprise settings. * Proven experience supporting Salesforce migrations or large‑scale implementations. * Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile frameworks. * Advanced proficiency with JIRA, Confluence (or equivalent Agile tooling). * Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities across technical and business audiences. * Self‑motivated, independent, with a track record of mentoring distributed teams. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). * Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) or related Agile certification (e.g., PMI‑ACP, SAFe®).
