Job Description: **Job Title:** Sitecore Developer **Role Summary:** Architect and deliver robust Sitecore‑based solutions (XP/XM Cloud) that meet business objectives. Lead development teams through the full software lifecycle, enforce best practices, and ensure security, privacy, and accessibility compliance. **Expectations:** - 10+ years of professional Sitecore development and architecture experience. - Proven expertise with Sitecore XP/XM Cloud, JSS, and headless implementations. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and architect Sitecore solutions aligned with technical and business requirements. - Lead planning, development, testing, deployment, and support activities. - Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and Sitecore best practices. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Integrate Sitecore with third‑party systems (e.g., Marketo, analytics, search). - Manage Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs. - Ensure compliance with security, privacy (e.g., OneTrust), and accessibility standards. **Required Skills:** - .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful API development. - Sitecore JSS, headless architecture, and Sitecore XM Cloud SaaS. - Front‑end technologies: JavaScript, React or Next.js. - Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and DevOps tooling. - Strong analytical, communication, and team‑leadership skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Sitecore Certification (Developer or Architect) preferred.
