**Job Title:** Data Scientist (F/H) **Role Summary:** Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights from heterogeneous data sources. Design, develop, and deploy predictive models while ensuring quality, interpretability, and operational readiness through MLOps practices. Collaborate across business units to translate domain knowledge into data-driven solutions and continuously improve internal AutoML pipelines. **Expectations:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset. - Ability to listen to and synthesize business requirements. - Client‑service orientation and clear communication. - Fluency in English (written and spoken). - Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to contribute to organizational growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceive, build, and deploy advanced predictive models. - Experiment with and implement new statistical/algorithmic approaches to optimize model performance. - Evolve and refine the internal AutoML framework. - Ensure model quality, reliability, and interpretability. - Formalise and industrialise data‑science best practices (MLOps, automation, monitoring). - Collect, clean, and structure data from heterogeneous sources. - Build data preparation pipelines (feature engineering, normalization, enrichment). **Required Skills:** - Expertise in supervised/unsupervised machine‑learning and statistical modelling. - Proficiency in Python/R (scikit‑learn, pandas, scikit‑image, TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.). - Experience with AutoML tools and pipelines. - Knowledge of MLOps concepts: model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, automated retraining. - Strong data‑engineering skills: ETL, feature engineering, data wrangling, data quality. - Ability to translate business problems into data‑science solutions. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. - Fluency in English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Academic background of at least Master’s level (BAC+5) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field. - Professional certifications in data‑science or related disciplines are a plus.
