Facilitates training and tabletop exercises, supports DR operations, and coordinates with stakeholders to resolve gaps and maintain up‑to‑date DR artifacts within tracking systems. Expactations: - Deliver structured QA reviews of DR plans and tests using multi‑point checklists. - Engage application owners for timely resolution of findings and updates. - Lead training sessions and scenario‑based exercises for SMEs and product owners. - Provide continuous feedback to DR operations on process effectiveness and areas for improvement.
