Job Title: Business Controller Role Summary Deliver a comprehensive financial oversight for an international precision‑engineering company, providing strategic and operational analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance to empower executive decision‑making. Expectations * Produce timely, accurate financial reports, analysis, and forecasts that align with corporate strategy. * Maintain rigorous internal controls and implement continual process improvements. * Communicate complex financial insights clearly to non‑financial stakeholders. * Ensure adherence to accounting standards, legal requirements, and group policies. * Collaborate cross‑functionally on ERP configuration and financial information flows.
